We always want you to be 100% satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied contact us within 5 days of your appointment. If we can not correct the issue we will refund your money.
We confirm appointments two days before and text two hours the day of your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, we request that you cancel 24 hours in advance. Clients that don't show up inconvenience other clients, staff, and our salon. We reserve the right to charge for an appointment that is not kept.
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
We will issue a full refund on hair products returned and unused within seven days of purchase.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips cannot be added to credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
