We always want you to be 100% satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied, contact us within five days of your appointment. If we cannot correct the issue, we will refund your money.

APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS

We confirm appointments two days before and text two hours the day of your appointment. If you are unable to make you appointment, we request that you cancel 24 hours in advance. Clients that don't show up inconvenience other clients, staff, and our salon. We reserve the right to charge for an appointment that is not kept.

GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

HAIR PRODUCTS/SKIN CARE RETURN POLICY

We will issue a full refund on hair products returned and unused within seven days of purchase.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips cannot be added to credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
